Updated the dependencies and imports to make this compatible with qiskit>=1.0.0

Originally my plan was to immediately make the jump to qiskit>=2.0.0, but the required updates in 'qiskit_algorithms' is still ongoing (see e.g. qiskit-community/qiskit-algorithms#197)
