Prerequisites now match docs/running.md: Docker + Docker Compose provide Postgres, Redis, and minio via compose, so they are no longer listed as host installs. Pin Node.js 20+ and Python 3.11+, and add minio to the architecture list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Approved. Reviewed the full README rewrite against the repo: all referenced files exist (ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/running.md, docs/roadmap.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md, logo path), and every Make target in the quickstart is real.
One factual issue was found and fixed directly on this branch in 3a423e8: the prerequisites listed PostgreSQL and Redis as host installs, but make db-up provides Postgres, Redis, and minio via Docker Compose. Prerequisites now match docs/running.md (Docker + Docker Compose, Node.js 20+, Python 3.11+), and minio was added to the architecture list.
Good to merge.
