TexWizard Packer 0.12

This version adds "Auto Scan" checkbox to the starting screen that allows to automatically scan TexturePacks folder for any texture packs. This also affects if the game will load them or not if you have TexWizard 1.3 or later installed.

A minor update that allows to browse files in game directories without TexWizard installation.
