TexWizard 1.3

This version of TexWizard now automatically scans "TexturePacks" folder in the game directory for texture packs and loads them without the need for the user to add these folders to TexWizard.json file.

if you don't need this functionality or it causes any issues, you can turn it off by setting "autoScan" to "false" in TexWizard.json.
