Enhance CLI functionality with improved export, multi-ticket support, and better output formatting

This PR introduces several enhancements to the CLI functionality:

• Added HTML export capability to the export command with customizable output directory
• Implemented multi-ticket processing for export, last-comment, and parse-multiple commands
• Added --tickets-file flag to read ticket lists from YAML files for export, last-comment, and parse-multiple commands
• Enhanced output formatting with dates, colors, and improved display of assignee/QA owner information
• Updated documentation and tutorial to reflect new features

These changes significantly improve the usability and functionality of the CLI tool for processing JIRA QA comments.
