Add setting for changing options for MONR from
params.yamlfor a test object. Mainly for if we have a sketchy internet connection and want to increase the timeout so we don't disconnect.Also removed
ObjectControl::loadObjectFilessince we created test objects there as well, but the function was never used. If I remember correctly this was from when we had object files at some point in time.
