  • Removed API key modal, OpenAI/Gemini calls, demo generator, speech input, and toast system (breaking: prototype is now static-only).
  • Switched locale to English (lang="en") and updated page title/description.
  • Reduced markup by ~800 lines and eliminated external requests to improve load time and offline use.
