- Feat(autotagging): Add optional request to filter file paths to the tagging service.
- Feat(tag-edit): refactor tag merge and move panels to work from uiStore.
- Add "move tag to" and "merge with" options to tag context menus in tag selectors and tag summaries.
- Add a scroll to the tag overview in move and merge panels to avoid overflow.
