Remote IT Operations & Systems Support professional based in Vigo, Spain, focused on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, identity and access troubleshooting, endpoint support, infrastructure diagnostics, documentation, and practical automation.
I build small tools and lab projects that make support work more repeatable: collect evidence, classify issues, document findings, and create clearer handovers for technical teams.
- IT Operations and Systems Support
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID troubleshooting
- Identity, access, authentication, and user-impact investigation
- Endpoint and Windows support evidence collection
- Infrastructure troubleshooting: DNS, connectivity, service checks, VMware/vSphere exposure, backups awareness
- Incident handling, escalation notes, runbooks, and knowledge base writing
- PowerShell, Python, React, and FastAPI used through practical support-focused tools
Local-first IT Operations diagnostic toolkit for turning Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint, DNS, mail flow, and infrastructure evidence into support-ready troubleshooting reports.
Current status: sample-mode MVP. It demonstrates the diagnostic workflow, analyzer rules, local history, JSON/HTML reports, and frontend/backend architecture. Real Microsoft Graph collection is planned as a future read-only operational step.
PowerShell-based DNS auditing tool with a WPF GUI, CSV reporting, finding classification, and operational notes for support teams.
It focuses on practical DNS issues that often appear as unrelated support symptoms: authentication failures, intermittent application errors, Outlook/Teams connection issues, slow access, or inconsistent name resolution.
PowerShell WinForms utility for repeatable endpoint support checks, including TPM, Secure Boot, BitLocker, BIOS information, local intervention notes, and exportable evidence.
Support-focused lab for incident handling, identity/access troubleshooting, API error interpretation, basic pipeline failure triage, documentation, and escalation practice.
Local workflow automation project built with React and FastAPI. It parses user-provided job text or page text, applies configurable fit rules, explains decisions, exports results, and tracks reviewed jobs locally.
JOLT is not positioned as a scraper or auto-apply bot. Its portfolio value is in the parser, rule profiles, explainable decisions, export package, local tracker, and safe workflow boundaries.
I am also building a practical homelab and future small-business workflow tools under the same theme: realistic IT Operations scenarios, evidence collection, documentation, and repeatable troubleshooting.
This GitHub is not meant to present me as a senior cloud architect, senior DevOps engineer, MLOps engineer, or offensive security specialist.
It is meant to show how I approach IT Operations and support problems:
- understand user impact
- collect useful evidence
- separate symptoms from likely causes
- document clearly
- automate repeatable checks where practical
- create support-ready outputs and handovers
- build safe local tools around real operational workflows
