Switch repo development tooling, docs, and debug package references from the legacy Redth MauiDevFlow flow to the unified Microsoft MAUI DevFlow CLI and packages. Microsoft.Maui.Cli/maui devflowworkflow while preserving Sherpa's existing inspector protocol/client compatibility.Microsoft.Maui.Cliprerelease and installs the newmaui-devflow-onboard/maui-devflow-debugskills frommaui devflow init.Microsoft.Maui.DevFlow.*.maui devflowand Microsoft package IDs.Notes
Historical release notes still mention older package names by design. Sherpa runtime protocol/client compatibility remains intact.
