Refresh Austin website

This site is built on Jekyll using the Spectral theme from HTML5up.

Get up and running

1. git clone the repository.
2. open your terminal
3. rake post:new and enter the title of the new post (i.e. the title of the meeting)
4. Go to _posts and find the newly created post
5. Commit and push the new post. Please push to gh-pages and the new post should appear on the site
