docs: BUILD_STATUS.md + DOCS_DISCIPLINE.md\n\nRetroactive documentation discipline pass. No code changes — docs only.\n\n---\n\n## What's built in this PR\n\n- docs/BUILD_STATUS.md — live top-level status document covering:\n - ✅ Built (working): every shipped capability across all branches, tagged [main] or [PR#N]\n - 🔄 In progress: PR #7 (Vercel build failing) + this PR\n - 📋 Pending backlog: 15 prioritised items (swarm trigger, cost ledger DB writes, Stripe, Drive, Dropbox, free-trial UI, Vercel cron, etc.)\n - ⚠️ Known gaps / mocked: every mock and stub with the credential/action needed to make it real\n - 🔑 Environment variables reference: all 15 vars with SET / NOT SET status\n\n- docs/DOCS_DISCIPLINE.md — standing rule (memory store key: DOCS_DISCIPLINE) defining:\n - The 6 documents that must be updated after every meaningful change\n - What must appear in every PR description ("What's built" + "What's still pending" sections)\n - Retroactive compliance notes (gaps found at time of writing)\n\n---\n\n## What's still pending after this PR\n\n- README.md does not yet link to docs/BUILD_STATUS.md — fix in the next PR that touches README\n- PLAN.md is stale past PR #3 — needs a Phase 0 completion pass\n- docs/DECISIONS.md stops at D-033 — D-034+ (AnthropicModelRouter, SupabaseJobsQueue, DI queue pattern) not yet logged\n- PR #7 Vercel build is still failing — see docs/MERGE_READINESS.md for root cause analysis\n\n---\n\n## Files changed\n\n| File | Change |\n|---|---|\n| docs/BUILD_STATUS.md | NEW — live build status |\n| docs/DOCS_DISCIPLINE.md | NEW — standing documentation rule |\n
