fix: bounty display, metadata improvements, and RHF logic

This PR includes the following fixes:

1. Bounty display disambiguation: In FeedItemActions.tsx, separated the "Tip" button from the "Bounty Awarded" badge to provide clearer feedback on total rewards.
2. Bounty metadata improvements: Updated BountyMetadataLine.tsx to handle EXPIRED and CANCELLED statuses with appropriate icons and styling.
3. Foundation Bounty logic: Enhanced isFoundationBounty in bountyUtil.ts to check for the isOfficialAccount flag (enabled by backend updates).
4. URL Builder fix: Updated EarningOpportunityBanner.tsx to use the correct contentType when building URLs, fixing navigation for Proposals (Fixes View bounties CTA does NOT work on Proposal pages issues#682).
5. Bounty Status Types: Updated BountyStatus type to include EXPIRED and CANCELLED.
