…d refactored Sh interface for updating to 3GPP TS 29.328/329 versions 15.7.0 and 15.2.0 respectively (Sept. 2019) for Sh User-Data-Request/Answer AVPs for CS/PS/EPS and Sh5GS location information, in order to fit with Extended-GMLC. Testsuite tests fixed for Sh RA. Included all commits done since 2018 in repo https://github.com/FerUy/jainslee.diameter

This is a pull request for SLh and SLg interfaces Resource Adaptors implementation for location services in LTE, between GMLC<-->HSS and GMLC<-->MME respectively. Fixes issues #15 and #16.
