Agilent Extractor v4 Update

In this new release the Agilent Extractor that comes with CIUSuite2 has been updated. Voltages are extracted from .d raw files (unless these files are older than 2020). Also, different source types can be chosen in order to properly extract voltages.

If CIUSuite2 asks for manual input of each voltage after data extraction, just close the software, reopen, and use the _raw.csv option to input the extracted file.

Due to the CIU Agilent 6560 platform still being in development, it is not strange that the voltages are being extracted as decimals. If you have any questions concerns, let us know!

TWIMExtract Update

TWIMExtract v1.6 has been included in CIUSuite2 v2.2. TWIMExtract can now extract data from Waters Cyclic IM instrument! New updates will follow where CIU files created thru Quartz MethodEditor will extract also drift time and not only bins. Stay tune!
To run TWIMExtract v1.6 independently of CIUSuite2 go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\CIUSuite2\TWIMExtract\jars" (after CIUSuite2 Installation) and double click on TWIMExtract.jar.

Update (08/03/21): This version can handle multifunction CIU files from cIM after all, but there are some glitches that can occur with the cIM files. This is specially true if the latest version (as of May, 2021) of MassLynxv4.2/Quartz is not being used.
