By default sap_java_buildpack_jakarta still uses java 17, is it configured to run with java 25?

The applications have been tested with the default sap_java_buildpack_jakarta, overriding the Java version to 25. They continue to run with Java 17 for now and will do so until the buildpack default is updated in the future.
I have intentionally not specified a Java version in the descriptors to avoid manual version updates and instead rely on the buildpack’s default configuration.
