RNG fork Alpha 1

This is a fork of DemoJameson's Debug mod. Eventually the plan is to merge into that repository, but since i don't know when this will get into a cleaner state, I am releasing what I got so far so that people can make use of some RNG manipulation features in the meantime.

A big issue is that at the present, Simple mode and Expert mode for some of the bosses that can be manipulated can break a bit. You have to uninstall this mod for now to get them to work properly.
