- Re-enable the composer if `onStart` rejects so failed launches do not leave the draft spinner stuck. - Qualify bare remote-tracking start points before `git worktree add` and save the resolved source ref. - Cover both paths with new renderer and supervisor tests.

git worktree add, and persist the resolved ref so worktrees diff against the right base.
