- Add per-appearance `sidebarGlassTint` setting, store setter, and persistence - Add Appearance slider with reset for Windows native material tint override - Apply tint via `sidebarGlass` helpers and AppProvider CSS variable updates - Add `useGlassState` hooks to observe sidebar glass and native material flags - Set Windows default frosting in styles.css (65% light, 85% dark) - Hide sidebar divider border while glass is active in AppShell - Update shared settings and provider tests for new default field
