- Add a feature for extracting the in-app browser into a separate window and docking it back into the main right panel.
- Add persisted browser bookmarks, bookmark bar visibility, history, and omnibox suggestions.
- Replace the browser drawer overlay with shared host/dock slot rendering for main and extracted browser surfaces.
- Extend browser IPC/window metadata and cover the new flows with localization and tests.
- Add browser extraction IPC, window-kind plumbing, and host management - Replace drawer overlay with dock slot/right-panel browser hosting - Add omnibox suggestions, bookmarks, bookmark bar, and history storage - Localize new browser UI strings and expand browser/panel tests
