  1. Account & Login
    • Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

    • Q: Can I use social media accounts to log in?

A: Yes! You can authenticate via Google, Microsoft by clicking their icons on the login page.

  1. Profile Management
    • Q: How do I update my profile details (e.g., email, phone number)?

A: Navigate to My Profile → Click "Edit" next to your information → Save changes.

    • Q: What happens if I remove a device from "Linked Devices"?

A: The device will be logged out and require reauthentication on next login.

  1. Dashboard & Analytics
    • Q: How often does the dashboard update?

A: Data syncs in real-time. Click the "Sync" button to manually refresh metrics.

    • Q: Can I export dashboard data?

A: Yes! Click "Export" to download reports in difference formats.

  1. Inventory Management
    • Q: How do I add a new inventory item?

A: Click "+ Add Item" → Fill in General Info (required) and Additional Info → Click "Finish."

    • Q: Can I upload multiple images for an item?

A: Yes, up to 5 images (JPG/JPEG, max 200KB each, min 400×400px).

    • Q: How are "Low Stock" thresholds determined?

A: Thresholds are set per item category (e.g., Electronics = 5 units). Admins can customize these.

A: In Calendar, click "Add Event" → Toggle "Recurring" → Set frequency (daily/weekly/monthly).

A: Click "Add Item" → Use the "Assignee" selector (+) to choose a team member.
