Adds genai_client.agents.langgraph_agent — materializes a SEMOSS workspace as a LangGraph CompiledGraph (react + deepagents mode) — and teaches SemossLangchainChatModel bind_tools + tool_call parsing so create_react_agent works out of the box. Pairs with the semoss-ui companion PR.
