Description
This is a one word change PR to address the stickiness behavior of the tooltips on the left side navbar for Olaf pages. Originally, when on the new-room-page, the tooltips appeared and disappeared normally, however when on Olaf pages, the tooltips wouldn't disappear even if the user's mouse left the tooltip area for a prolonged time. This PR makes the tooltip disappear on time.
