- scheduled-agent-checkin.md: correct the run schedule (00:17 + 08:17 fallback, ~01:15 commit), document the 4-identity default, manual run. - verification-report.md: qualify the 42-identity result and rewrite the migration section around the one-command fetch-kit + --apply/--remove/--check. - contributor-catalog.md: add the one-command install pointer and update the migration step. - README / README.en: add a "let your agent do it" quick-start block. docs/scheduled-agent-checkin.md（滞后，重点修复）：修正运行说明为「每天 00:17 定时 + 08:17 兜底、实际约 01:15 落盘、可手动 Run workflow」；默认身份更新为 Codex/Claude/两位维护者；补充 CSV 去重说明。docs/verification-report.md：42 身份结果加时间限定；迁移章节改为一键安装（fetch-kit）+--apply/--remove/--check。docs/contributor-catalog.md：顶部加一条命令安装入口；迁移第一步改为一键安装。README.md/README.en.md：快速开始新增「交给你的 Agent 去实现」——给出给 Agent 的一句话示例与前提。本提交携带 Codex/Claude 共同作者尾注。
