Both are major bumps, and both clear the Node 20 deprecation warning that has printed on every run since the workflow landed: "actions/cache@v4, actions/checkout@v4 target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24". Done directly rather than by merging dependabot's PRs #20 and #21 so the change lands as one commit with the reason recorded. Those PRs are superseded by this, the same way #22 and #23 were superseded by 2266b3b. These are the github-actions ecosystem added to dependabot.yml earlier today -- bun update cannot touch them, since they are git refs resolved by the runner, absent from package.json and bun.lock. Superseded by 4806d5a, which bumps checkout to v7 and cache to v6 directly on master. CI is green on that commit and the Node 20 deprecation warning is gone. |
