Both are major bumps, and both clear the Node 20 deprecation warning that has printed on every run since the workflow landed: "actions/cache@v4, actions/checkout@v4 target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24". Done directly rather than by merging dependabot's PRs #20 and #21 so the change lands as one commit with the reason recorded. Those PRs are superseded by this, the same way #22 and #23 were superseded by 2266b3b. These are the github-actions ecosystem added to dependabot.yml earlier today -- bun update cannot touch them, since they are git refs resolved by the runner, absent from package.json and bun.lock.
