Changes:
- Set VM RAM to 8GB (recommended size for RKE2)
- Disable `deployrancher` test in ECM framework, as RKE2 v1.35
is not support in stable version of Rancher Manager
- Add a FIPS validation test

I don't know but the CI is green now. And for sure this PR has no impact at all. This is just to save the openqa jobgroup configuration (as this is not done automatically). |
