The `mercurial.el` file that was linked to seems to have disappeared from the web. We no longer use Mercurial, and few people in the group use emacs.
Docs are deprecated due to NEMO's transition from SVN to Git and and ours from Bitbucket and Mercurial to Git and GitHub.

Like alliancecan.ca, it times out due to rate limiting.
