Thinking tools for practitioners. Browser games built to last.
This is the source for my personal portfolio site — a collection of interactive HR simulations and browser games, all built as single-file HTML5 with no backend, no install, and no friction.
Interactive tools built for HR practitioners, people leaders, and organizational development professionals.
| Tool | Description |
|---|---|
| The Hire Wire | Leadership judgment game — hire a team on a $500K budget, then face 9 months of real workplace scenarios |
| The Behavior Gap | Simulation on why training rarely changes behavior — and what the four forces that actually shape it are |
| Team Dynamics Puzzle | Belbin-informed team composition tool with honest critique of role-balance frameworks built in |
| HR Sanity Check | Diagnostic for HR practitioners and managers — are you solving the right problems? |
| Comp Decoder | Total compensation calculator and negotiation guide built from 1,000+ real offer analyses |
| M&A Leadership Simulator | Navigate integration decisions, cultural friction, and communication timing post-merger |
| TrueRecord | Privacy-first grievance reporting portal with cryptographic audit chain — no server, no backend |
Single-file HTML5 games built with Web Audio, hand-written narrative, and procedural systems.
| Game | Genre |
|---|---|
| Sumi's Journal 墨の日誌 | Puzzle / Narrative / Roguelike — cyberpunk signal routing with procedural gamelan music |
| NULLZONE | Block Puzzle / Cyberpunk — Tetris meets 1010! inside a hacking narrative |
| Sunlit Hollow | Idle / Cozy — grow a mystical forest with procedural ambient audio and a rebirth system |
| The Mirror Pool | Puzzle / Folklore — kitsune tile-swap with dual-world mechanics |
| UFO Raider | Arcade / Synthwave — side-scroller with escalating wanted level and combo multipliers |
| Lumen Office RPG | Narrative RPG / Horror — corporate mystery with sanity mechanics and four endings |
The site itself is a single HTML file with no framework, no build process, and no dependencies. All tools and games follow the same philosophy — everything runs in the browser, nothing is tracked, nothing leaves the device.

I build these because a simulation can demonstrate what a slide deck cannot — if it's honest about complexity and makes the player feel the weight of the decision.
