download keyframe lists and start in no-write mode

Hi @autmoate ,

here come two modifications to the docker config.

• We need to download two csv files which contain keyframes / coordinates to fly along.
• We need to start vest in --no-write mode to disable the possibility to write files.

Thanks @haesleinhuepf for these important modifications. I thought mnist is good enough but sure, butterflies are the better example. Thanks! Will add the commit to embeddings-journey demos submodules to link the correct repo/docker-config state.
