In an ideal world we would directly link each reweight entry to their corresponding leaderboard page, but merging for now. Also, please only add one change per PR in the future. |

Added all the monthly reweights + global reweights to the wiki.
Additionally i also fixed the twitter/x link and added the youtube link to the wiki.
Didnt include other criteria and sps checker changes from before as that will be done in a seperate PR
