Upgrades the
rules_rsBazel module dependency from0.0.90to0.0.92.Verification
bazel mod graphresolvesrules_rs@0.0.92cleanly with no conflicts.bazel build //rust/...completes successfully — all rust targets build, including//rust:selenium-manager, the//rust:unittest binary, and the integration test binaries.Notes
//rust/tests:integration_browser_download_tests_testflake on macOS (Firefox beta153.0b1) is unrelated to this change: it's a Selenium Manager bug extracting Mozilla's newpbzx-format.pkgPayload, tracked separately.Types of changes
