kn-report

Report statistics of an SDP knowledge-network using the SDP REST API.

Currently reports:

Number of edges
Edge relationship distribution
Number of footprints
Mechanism distribution by BEL function
Mechanism distribution by downstream target count

Data is dumped raw. The google charts need to be manually changed.
