The existing algorithm would change the bot's percentile at every tick which effectively made bots behave in completely erratic ways in regards to their supposed role. Some other, small, behaviour preserving, refactors were also done to improve code quality.

Description
This PR aims to refactor the main update tick of a bot.
This is the preliminary work necessary for more aggressive refactoring that will deeply modify how this module behaves.
