I've added: -references to js and css in cdn's -added kendo style -examples of elasticsearch url's -example of non flat field -changed type from date to datetime -more complex filtering example

Hi,
I've changed your implementation to support mapping non flat json data (i.e. event.data.timestamp).
As js is not my natural language, there's probably better ways to implement it but you get the idea.
I've changed also example html in Readme.md. Description included in the commit.
