Minor Pokegear update.

Added Features:

1. Updated Graphics of the Pokégear to match the appearance of the rest of the screen, instead of using a variation of text frame type 1.
2. Updated phone call textbox to also match the visual design of the Pokégear, instead of using Emerald's version of the frame.
3. Updated Sprite on the phone call screen to look like less of a placeholder, now matching the icon in the Pokégear menu.
4. Added the option of using L and R to navigate the Pokégear menu if using LR mode.
