Stable Simple Portals V1.7.7

Introduces a Stable release of V1.7.7. This version includes a fix for the sound halting servers for upwards of 20 seconds when any portal was entered. This also re-introduces the portal find command as that is an Essential Command!

Experimental V1.7.7

I am not super experienced with Plugin Making, this was mainly a test to learn more things about plugins, please use at your own risk, but I will say with around an hour of testing I see no issues on Minecraft 1.21.5. This version adds:

• /portal find (Added back from previous removal)
• Fixed Sound Events
• "Optimized Code"
• Lag Fix on portal events.
