Fixed Some Small Things
Fixed the force start round check, where it will close doors before checking if the command was executed.

Nothing actually changed except for fixing the HID room names, and updating the references to Exiled 9, literally everything else was unchanged and should of worked no problem without this

Added the functionality to set roles on spawn.
While in the lobby before the game starts, you can set player roles.
This is completely untested, but it shouldn't give any loadouts so everyone should have empty inventories

- Players possibly not being able to die from environmental hazards during the main game
- Removing ragdolls will now follow what you set with your config
