Add Superconscious ReasoningRun task-class route fixture

Summary

Adds a deterministic Superconscious ReasoningRun routing fixture and validator to Model Router.

This PR includes:

• examples/superconscious-reasoning-route.example.json
• tools/validate_superconscious_reasoning_route.py
• validate-superconscious-reasoning-route Makefile target wired into make validate

Boundaries

• Model Router owns model/profile route decisions.
• Superconscious consumes route decisions.
• SourceOS Model Carry owns local model profile references.
• M1 route is deterministic and inert: no provider, no model calls, no prompt egress.

Validation

Expected validation:
