This PR is approved by the Codex gate, but remains stuck as draft because the connector's mark-ready mutation failed with a GitHub GraphQL response-shape error. I am closing this draft PR and recreating the same branch as a non-draft PR so the approved docs/catalog tranche can proceed through the normal merge path. The replacement PR should preserve this scope:
