Turbine

The Turbine is the first way to get power - it's a passive block, you just gotta place it above a cobble generator, the steam generated by the water touching lava will spin the turbine

Conveyor

The Conveyor moves items around slowly

Smelter (Arc Furnace)

The Arc Furnace allows you to do funky things like smelt ingots into plates

Plasma Cutter

The Plasma Cutter requires less power but is slower to do the cutting

Welder

The Welder is a component that needs to go into the manual assembly table and it can craft the tier 2 machines
