This PR integrates the Python changes from PR #38.

  • Adds a UDP bridge utility
  • Adds a function to emioapiadditionnally to calibrate
    • python -m emioapi UDPbridge
    • It basically starts two processes using multiprocessing, one for the camera and the other that reads the motors and the markers positions and send them using the UDP brigde.

The camera sets the pace of reading and sending the motors and markers.
