It just merges the code from the legacy plugin (the code can be found in the branch legacy) into this repository. I just had to make some changes in the CMakeLists.txt. The rest has been merged automatically without any conflict.
Future works are planned, such as cleaning, fixing compilation of adaptive cutting and make unit tests.
