RigidFoilSimer-EFMRL

The initial release of RigidFoilSimer contains the necessary tools to build an ANSYS Fluent simulation of a dynamically heaving and pitching symmetrical, 2D rigid airfoil that pitches at one half the chord length. Post-processing involves detection of when the wallshear stress along the foil surface dips below zero.
