Soldered MicroPython modules v1.3.0!

In this release, we are introducing micropython support for our upcoming breakout boards:

• Bosch BMP388 Pressure & Temperature Sensor
• Bosch BMP280 Pressure & Temperature Sensor

We also revamped the README to make it easier to find and install the modules
