Add support for JIT image manipulation recipes

When Symphony is configured to only allow image manipulation with Recipes, the extension now honours that setting and generates URLs accordingly.

But I can't pull that in right now since we need an upgrade path.

Could you:

1. Create a new version (2.3) in the meta.xml file
2. Create an upgrade path here

Hi, sure I can try but I’m really not that familiar with Symphony’s API.
Not sure how to add a field to the extension’s schema in the update() function via the API
If you could provide a hint it would be great…

It's essentially what needs to be done.

Whoops, sorry I completely forgot about this. Thanks for the ping! And thanks for the API pointers too!
At the moment I’m a bit pressed with time, so won’t be able to address the required upgrade path changes. Sorry :(
If you are still happy to take care of it yourself might be best. Not lacking interest, just time and as I’m not too efficient* with Symphony’s API to pull this off right now…
