Summary

Refreshes Chords’ AI agent configuration and paired-agent workflow with stronger reproducibility, migration, safety, and publication behavior.

Changes

• Expand the area-specific skills and project policies for Kotlin, testing, build tooling, component work, and review.
• Harden the paired-agent driver around untrusted issue content, protected workflow state, legacy documents, reviewer independence, model selection, role swaps, and publication safeguards.
• Add a guarded JDK 11 Gradle entry point and the project permissions required for routine agent verification.
• Restructure the paired-agent run guide and extend the workflow regression suite.
• Bump Chords to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.107 and regenerate the dependency reports.
