We don't spend time labelling your style of work. Call it what you may, the surroundings where you get you best work done is up to you. Sprout was founded by a group of people that wants to work together, to make use of our chemistry. But Sprout today is not our final form. We want to expand our capabilities with new people, ideas and perspectives. That's where you come in, evolving Sprout into an even better version.
Our aim is to renew ourselves, trying new things. This means we'll fail sometimes, and that's okay! Failure means learning - and that's how we improve, as individuals and as an organization. We share experiences, setbacks and triumphs to push and inspire each other to move forward.
In whatever way we grow or change, we'll keep our roots close and use our "gut-feeling" to guide our way. If something doesn't check all of our boxes - we'll pass. But if it feels right, we'll go for it!
