Support paste and drag-and-drop of files when editing a page#923

Pasting clipboard images or dropping files onto the content textarea uploads them to the page and inserts the markdown reference at the cursor. Pasted clipboard images get a timestamped filename to avoid the default `image.png` colliding across pastes.
