  • Added dev-profile EmailService mock
  • Enabled SQLite-based dev configuration
  • Removed dependency on Docker/PostgreSQL for local dev
  • Updated README with dev profile instructions

Please add 3 screenshots to the PR with the working application pages on dev profile.

Don't use .properties, the other files are .yml

Don't touch this file. Should be sufficient to disable Docker support.
